The collaboration also supports Mirka’s development as an Industrial Solutions Partner, working with industrial customers to improve complete processes rather than individual tasks.

Putting company expertise to work

One workstream will use AI agents to make Mirka’s internal expertise more accessible across teams, roles and markets. The aim is to put that knowledge to better use in daily operations while reducing the risk of valuable experience being lost or concentrated in too few hands.

The second workstream will use next-generation predictive models to improve the speed and consistency of commercial decisions and customer interactions.
